- Returned to Rajkot and rejoined the real estate business.

- Sold Alfa Computers & Services and exited.

- Purchased a Cyber Café as a business.

- Sold Cyber Café and exited.
- Started Meghnad Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
- Founded Rajkot Property Consultant Association (RPCA).
